SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, Series of 2020
Extended submission of Company’s official email and mobile numbers in compliance with SEC MC 28-2020 until Nov. 11, 2021
In order to facilitate the Commission’s effort to support the economic recovery of the business sector during the pandemic, the SEC has decided to extend the deadline for Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals under the jurisdiction and supervision of the Commission to comply with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, Series of 2020, without penalty, until November 11, 2021. Filing of the forms/notices of the MC 28, S. 2020 may be done online through the email platform MC28_S2020@sec.gov.ph. Filing of the forms/notices beyond November 11, 2021 shall be considered as non-compliant and will be subject to penalty in the amount of Php10,000.00.
